Anna-Jo Weier is completing her PhD at TU Berlin on the role of the German Embassy in Paris in the looting of cultural property during the German Occupation 1940–44. In 2026, she started working as a provenance researcher for the Musée d’Orsay in Paris and the Suermondt-Ludwig-Museum in Aachen. She is a member of the Initiative Provenienzforschung stärken!
