Matthias Weller

Professor Matthias Weller is Director of the Institute for German and International Civil Procedural Law and Professor of Civil Law, Art and Cultural Property Law at the University of Bonn. He directs the Center for Provenance Research, Art and Cultural Property Law in Bonn and leads the international project “Restatement of Restitution Rules for Nazi-Confiscated Art.”
