Holger Neumer is a PhD student in History at Martin-Luther-University Halle-Wittenberg. He studied Education, majoring in History. In his doctoral thesis he conducts a comparative analysis of the evolving debates surrounding calls for the return over three archaeological artefacts from former Ottoman territories held in German museums.
