Giuditta Giardini

Giuditta Giardini is a lawyer and consultant to the Antiquities Trafficking Unit at the Manhattan DA’s Office. She holds an LL.M. (Columbia Law School) and a Ph.D. (Università Cattolica of Milan). She has worked with the Whitney Museum, UNESCO, and UNIDROIT. She serves on the Italian Ministry of Culture’s working group on cultural property and chairs the ICOM Legal Affairs Committee.
