Julia Albrecht

Julia Albrecht studied law, philosophy, and art history and practised in the CMS Law Firm in Leipzig until 1998. She provided legal advice to the Ginsberg Research Project on collections lost by Nazi persecution. She joined the Advisory Commission in 2022, became its head in 2023, and has led the Service Desk of the Court of Arbitration for Nazi-looted Cultural Property since 2025.
